Description
MUEV makes apparel designed for pickleball. For its pickleball hoodie we created a 20-second vertical kinetic typography ad for Instagram and Facebook feeds and Reels. The ad opens with a simple question, "Just a hoodie?", then answers it feature by feature, with each word animating in time with close-up product shots: lightweight stretch, dual front pockets, a chest pocket and moisture-wicking fabric. It ends on "Built for Movement" and a Shop Now end card.
The Challenge
A hoodie is an everyday product. Quickly and without voice-over, the ad had to show why this one is made for playing: the stretch, the pockets and the fabric.
Creative Approach
